Fresh veggie omelette with avocado and home-grown tomatoes, plus a side of bacon! Okay, to some, bacon may not be considered the “cleanest” food, but to me it’s been an amazing way to bump my fat levels and protein levels while I’ve been trying out a paleo, low-carb diet! Such a colorful, nutritious, and delicious meal!
