Raw gluten free: cool cumumber and cheezy sunflower tomato sandwiches.
Cool Cucumber Sandwich
- Use your bread of choice – I love these on the red pepper zucchini bread
- ½ cucumber, sliced thick
- Zucchini Hummus
- 1/2 cup Broccoli & Sunflower Sprouts
Assembly: Spread the hummus on your bread, place the sprouts on top. Finish with a thick slice of cucumber.
Classic Sandwich
- Sunflower Cheeze
- 1 Sliced Avocado
- 1-2 Sliced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Broccoli & Sunflower sprouts
Assembly: Spread your sunflower cheese on the base of the bread and place your sprouts on top. Finish off with fresh avo and tomatoes.
Sunflower cheese
- ½ – 1 cup sunflower seeds soaked for at least 6 hours and rinsed
- 4-5 sun dried tomatoes
- ¼ tsp. himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions: Use vitamix or food processor to blend your cheese until you reach a creamy consistency. You may need to add a little bit of water. Squeeze cheese through a cheesecloth and serve with sandwiches or veggies as a dip.
